Digital access

Supplier Society sells access to curated supplier research and directory information. Access is delivered digitally after successful payment.

Refund policy

Because supplier information is a digital product that cannot be returned once delivered or accessed, all sales are final after delivery. Refunds are not offered for change of mind. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. If your purchased access is not delivered, contact the seller for assistance.

Lawful use

Supplier information is provided for lawful sourcing of authentic goods only. Buyers are responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, intellectual-property rights, import requirements, taxes, and all other legal obligations before buying or reselling goods.

Supplier claims

Directory inclusion is not a guarantee of a supplier’s identity, inventory, product authenticity, quality, delivery time, or future performance. Third-party marketplaces may provide their own buyer-protection programs, which are governed by those marketplaces’ separate terms.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Debit and credit cards may be accepted according to the options shown at checkout.
